Today, we are very proud Ericsson has been named the worldwide leader in Gartner's telecom operations management systems report and believe this was a direct result of our strategy and efforts."
Borgklint adds, "Looking ahead, we anticipate that Ericsson's forefront position in the IP, LTE (Long Term Evolution) and self-organizing network technology domains will drive additional demand for telecom operations management system solutions and services, leading to prime involvement in major communication service providers' transformation programs."
